Online Golf Coach

Macro Golf is expanding its online coaching team.

We are inviting applications from experienced, ambitious golf coaches who want to build a long-term career within a structured performance brand.

This is a self-employed role, delivering online technical swing coaching to Macro Golf clients, operating inside Macro Golf systems, platforms, and methodology.

The Role

This is a fully online coaching role delivering technical swing coaching to Macro Golf clients.

You will work with golfers across a range of ability levels and operate within Macro Golf’s coaching systems, platforms, and methodology. Coaching is delivered through the Macro Golf App, Sportsbox AI, and WhatsApp, using structured processes.

As a Macro Golf coach you will be onboarded, developed, and integrated into the brand through a staged pathway, beginning with shadowing and systems training, followed by progressive client allocation. Over time, coaches are developed beyond technical delivery into mental and performance coaching as part of the wider Macro Golf framework.

The role is designed as a long-term pathway, not short-term contract work.

Working Model

This is a self-employed position with payment structured as a fixed monthly rate per client, discussed during the interview process.

You will be allocated clients gradually as your onboarding is completing. The role is designed around long-term stability, professional development, and progression within the business.

There is a defined pathway towards senior coaching roles and leadership opportunities.

Brand Alignment

Coaches may continue coaching their own in-person clients. Macro Golf does not restrict private in-person work, however we encourage all students to be integrated into the Macro Golf ecosystem.

Online identity and promotion must align with Macro Golf. Coaches operate under the Macro Golf brand, and online presence should be Macro-focused. Personal brand and Macro Golf brand are expected to grow together, not in competition.

Content and Representation

Coaches are part of the public-facing brand. This includes representing Macro Golf online, participating in content creation, contributing to education material, and supporting brand visibility.

Availability for filming and content production is expected. Podcast participation and digital content contribution form part of long-term development within the role.

This role is suited to confident coaches who are comfortable delivering online coaching, working within structured systems, and being part of a wider organisation.

You should be a firm believer in the concept of Holistic Golf Performance Coaching.

It is designed for people who want progression, and long-term development. Coaches should be adaptable, coachable, and open to being developed within a performance brand environment.

Development Pathway

All coaches progress through a structured development pathway beginning with shadowing and systems training, followed by test client allocation and progressive integration.

Coaching development is led by Jack (Head of Golf), with operational development supported by Sam (COO). Client allocation is staged and performance-led, with progression based on quality, alignment, and integration.

Application Process

Applications are reviewed manually.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a CV and cover letter, followed by a structured interview process. Successful candidates progress through a shadowing phase before client allocation begins.
